More Molly Photos

We had a replay of the 2010 World Cup in the garden today with the two little footballs I bought for Molly to play with and she had great fun with them. We are going through puppy training pads like crazy but I suppose I should be grateful that she is not leaving us little messages on the floor. She is settling in well and seems happy to be part of the family.
I've been checking out the new PTI releases but can't make up my mind what I would like. Actually I should maybe use some of the stuff I've already bought first LOL.
Till tomorrow.

Meet Molly

........ the new addition to the Eadie family.

We picked her up on Friday afternoon and the poor wee soul was sick all the way from Ayrshire. I think it was a combination of first time in a car and being separated from her brothers. She is absolutely gorgeous and quite a character. No doubt you will be seeing more of her in layouts in the future.

I've had a busy couple of days in the office and running about after Molly when I'm at home. Tonight I thought I would chill out a bit and I'm just watching Wire in the Blood with Robson Green and Hermione Norris. I absolutely love this programme, I think it is probably the psychological profiling bit that attracts me. Jim argues that it is Robson Green that I like and I do think he is a fantastic actor (but a bit on the short side LOL).

We had some fun playing football with Molly in the back garden earlier this evening. She has now found out the she can bark LOL. We were in fits of laughter watching her running about mad with her mini football and yipping and growling all the time. I put her on the side of Laura's trampoline to brush her and the next thing I knew she was running about all over the trampoline. I couldn't grab a hold of her because of the safety net and had to wait until she was good and ready to come off LOL. The photo itself is quite poor but I would defy anyone to take a good photo of a nine week old West Highland Terrier pup running around on a trampoline LOL. She kept running right up to the camera and I have more close up shots of her eyes and nose than anyone would ever want.

Till later.

A Good Day

My meeting at Head Office went well today and I felt quite happy with the outcome. I am enjoying the work I'm doing at the moment and the guys I'm working with are all great. I will be sorry to leave them all but the good news is that I may be there until September. It is so great working close to home and it makes such a difference to family life compared to running all over the UK and being away from home constantly.

My big news today is that I'm expecting ......................................................... a new addition to the Eadie Family will arrive this Friday (all being well). Watch out for the photos.

Catch ya later.

Cake Boss

Have any of you watched the series Cake Boss? I just love it and the cakes they create are out of this world. Pictured above is Buddy Valastro who is the Cake Boss of Carlos Bakery in Hoboken New Jersey, USA. Last night I watched a similar series called Ace of Cakes but although their cakes were extremely good they were still not a patch on Cake Boss. It must have put me in the mood for baking cos I've rattled up a batch of carrot cake and two fruit loaves tonight.

Tomorrow I'm off for a meeting at our head office in Glasgow and I'm hoping that I have the time to pop into Lakeland for some baking supplies - fingers crossed.

Till later.

World Cup Fever ...........

hit the Eadie household tonight. We've watched the games off and on but tonight we were rooting for Ghana to win and were devastated to see them lose out on penalties when they had been the better team during the match. Think I'll need some chocolate to help me get over it LOL.

I've posted another page in my home album cos I haven't got around to doing anything else. I should point out that it isn't always as tidy as this and normally you will find piles of clean laundry waiting to be ironed. I hope you like the page, my fave bit is the two little buttons in the word "room".
Till later.

Where have the first 6 months of this year gone???

I can't believe that it is the 1st of July already. Life has been soooooo busy during the first half of this year I don't think I've stopped to draw breath WHEW!!! Jim has had more tests, physio and speech therapy sessions this week so things continue to be hectic. We saw his Consultant yesterday and they have now ruled out any problem with his heart and have referred him to the Southern General Neurological Department for more tests on his brain. I suppose it's just a matter of waiting for the appointment to come through now.

I managed to do an 8" x 8" page for my New Home Journal that I've been making for quite a while now (hangs head in shame LOL) and I hope you like it.

Catch ya'll later.
